Sr. Business Process Analyst

Overview:

Drodex is seeking a Sr. Business Process Analyst to support the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR). ASPR is a public health preparedness and emergency response organization in the Office of the Secretary at the United States Department of Health and Human Services. ASPR was created under the Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act in the wake of Hurricane Katrina to lead the nation in preventing, preparing for, and responding to the adverse health effects of public health emergencies and disasters.

This full time position and will be performed in the designated greater Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area and virtually as identified.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analyzing and documenting current business processes, as identified by management.
  • Will work with process owners, participants, and end users to develop and implement improved business models.
  • Responsible for facilitating the creation and tracking of performance indicators to measure and report on the results of the process change.
  • Review and analyze procedures and operating policies to assess their effectiveness, and provide evaluations, information and written recommendations.
  • Research and resolve problems.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Management/Business) 8 years of experience

Required Clearance:

  • Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship)

Required Experience:

  • 8 years of experience
